From the upper left, circle fall-lines seem to collapse into a grid that rises again on the right. Beginning in that circle, ending lower right, the hopeful greens, violets and blues course through a chromatic grey thickness. Hindsight is 20/20 but foresight is clouded by speculation.

Carved directly into layers of wet latex paint, these paintings look and feel like plaster yet are resilient. Follow the line like a rollercoaster, or see the whole as a form. Rotate them to how you like, and rename them often - interpretation is an art. These action paintings were developed in the heart of Manhattan in 2020 and are truly New York Abstract Expressionism. I suggest simple, contemporary framing with a wide, 3”-4” mat.
